Online Payment Tips
● Use any invoice to create a payment account the first time you use the system.
● Search for any permit number after your account is created.
● OSTDS permits are not available to print online.
● Applications are only forwarded for review when payment is received, and the application is complete.
● The inspectors will email the permit to the email address you list on the front of the application (when approved).
